“Pilates with Valerie has helped me with further recovery post-op after foot surgery 6 months on. I felt I had plateaued with the existing exercises I had been doing and was struggling with flexibility, stamina, balance, etc as they concentrated on my foot only which was fine initially, but knew this had to be expanded. After doing only a handful of 1-2-1 sessions with Valerie via zoom I felt an overall improvement with my foot and whole body. Her sessions have also helped with motivation and resilience. Doing this via zoom does not lessen the impact of doing her classes. Valerie’s presence comes through & she has a natural instinct of what works for you and builds on that throughout.
